Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at CocoHigh. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All products are eligible for refunds and returns only if they’re spoiled or have expired. All refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of Erocare Retails Pvt. Ltd. upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.

 

RETURNS

In case any product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you, and a refund may also be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Please note the buyer will have to take a video of opening the package for proof. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.

REFUNDS


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days.


SHIPPING & CANCELLATION

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Purchases are shipped from our own office. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 5-7 business days from receipt of order and payment, depending on the address of delivery. Order deliveries will be made by a courier company.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of checkout, and consumers will know about this before making payments.

CANCELLATIONS (IN DOUBT)

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wishes to. And in case of a customer request for a refund, it will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days.
