How to Make Your Own Matcha Mango Drink?

Ingredients:

  1 ripe mango (or 1/2 cup mango puree) / CocoHigh mango masti milkshake

  1 teaspoon matcha powder

  1/4 cup hot water (not boiling)

  1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

   Ice cubes

   Sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Mango Base: Peel and dice the mango. Blend until smooth to create a puree. If using store-bought mango puree, ensure it's 100% mango without added sugars.

Whisk the Matcha: In a bowl, sift the matcha powder to remove any lumps. Add the hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until frothy.

Assemble the Drink:

  In a glass, add the mango puree at the bottom.

  Add ice cubes over the mango layer.

  Pour the milk gently over the ice to create a layered effect.

  Slowly pour the whisked matcha on top.
